How does the process work?

1. Meet & greet consultation

We’ll have a totally free 45 minute video call, phone call, or, if you’re based in or around Argyll, a face-to-face meeting so we can understand your business goals and challenges, and what you want to achieve. We’ll also establish any timeframe parameters you have, and what we can do to fit your budget.

If you do then wish to work with us, we may want to spend a little bit more time reviewing your current systems and processes, identifying pain points and opportunities in how you work right now, and understanding what success looks like for you - we want to make sure you’re getting what you want and need.

2. Research

If you’re looking for us to narrow down digital tooling options to the 2 or 3 we think will be the best fit for you, we’ll then go away and do some research, comparing options that are available that we think will meet your needs and any budget constraints based on our previous conversations. We might want to catch up with you again to clarify a few things to make sure we’re finding you the right digital solution to solve your business challenge.

Once we’ve done that, we’ll present you a couple of options that we think best fit your need, and will be able to talk through what the best choice for you is.

If we’re working with you on something operational, we’ll spend some time with you and your team to fully understand your business, processes and operations before we get started.

3. Setup

If you want to move forward with us and have us handle the setup of your digital tool, once you’ve made a decision about which tool you want to move forward with we’ll spend some time talking about how the setup process will work for your chosen solution - some will need more input from you than others.

We’ll get your chosen solution set up and ready for you to use. We’ll do as much of the setup for you as we can, and will work with you to get those last few bits up and ready. We’ll be there to support you through every stage of this process.

If we’re working with you on something operational, this part of the process is where we’ll be ‘doing the doing’ of what you need, e.g. writing the documentation or guidance, setting up new processes, writing the recommendation report etc.

4. Training & Support

For all digital tool setup, we’ll give you training materials for your chosen solution, and a training session is also included (either over video call or, for most clients in Argyll, a face to face session will be available).

After we’ve set up your new tool, process or operational change, you’ll have two weeks of dedicated support to help you settle in and make sure everything’s working smoothly for you. If you have a problem or question, email us and we’ll get back to you within one working day.

We can also discuss longer support timeframes, and additional training sessions - just get in touch.
